Baseplates

There are many options when it comes to pump baseplates. PPE can help you select what type is best for your application and build or supply it for you. PPE offers a wide variety of baseplate designs to fit ANSI, Non-ANSI, API, and PIP R2 standards. Common materials offered are carbon steel, 304SS, 316SS, Alloy 20, and Zanite composite. Our pricing and deliveries are extremely competitive. In addition, non-PIP baseplates can be engineered to handle pump allowable flange loading per the application.
Mechanical Seals

PPE is proud to represent two of the most service oriented mechanical seal companies in the business. If you need a mechanical seal with your pump, the chances are very high that we can provide it quickly and economically. PPE also has an in-house seal pot division.
Bearing Isolators

Like many of the top pump manufacturers, PPE has standardized on Inpro Bearing Isolators. Not only does PPE have a large stock of Inpro Bearing Isolators, but Inpro can ship many models the same day as an order.

Coupling Guards

In order to facilitate the quick delivery of complete pump skids, PPE designs, manufactures, and stocks our own exclusive 304SS OSHA compliant coupling guards. Our guards are versatile to cover a wide range of applications, but PPE will design and fabricate custom machinery guarding per your equipment needs. Our standard is 304SS but other materials are available upon request. If an application calls for a non-metallic coupling guard, PPE offers UniGuard Machine Guards. PPE offers field surveys to provide recommendations and quotations for small or large quantities of coupling guards to bring your entire plant up to OSHA and/or your desired specifications.
Gear Boxes

Positive Displacement pumps often require gear boxes to meet the specified duty point. SEW has a wide selection of easily mountable gear boxes that simplify pump systems.
